  Notes for current CCI Birthmothers:
 
  1. When you move or marry, keep us informed so your file will always be up to date.
  2. When sending gifts, please have them ready for mailing.  Purchase small gifts that will be easy to mail, as well as for the parents to keep.  When you send letters or gifts, be sure to identify yourself, your child and his/her date of birth.
  3. We will not keep copies of your letters, You may want to make a copy for yourself.  We will document in your file whenever you write.

   Please be sure to send in your yearly updates, birthmothers ask for them.
